HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Fire crews from San Bernardino County Fire quickly contained a small brush fire in Hesperia late Monday afternoon.
The Brittain Fire broke out around 4:54pm on August 31, 2026, off of Summit Valley Road, burning approximately three acres.
Nearby residents were safely evacuated before they stop forward rate of spread at 5:30pm with a hose line around the flames.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
