PHELAN, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A crash on Highway 138 (Hesperia side) sends one person to the hospital.
The crash happened at 3:28pm Tuesday November 16, 2021. Location was about a mile from Interstate 15 at the sharp turn of highway 138 on the Hesperia side. California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the traffic crash, they reported the driver inside the dark blue Dodge Ram pickup truck.
From what the CHP traffic log reported, the Dodge hit the embankment at the sharp turn, possible overturn, and blocking westbound lane. Emergency crews said one patient with minor injuries was transported to Kaiser Hospital in Fontana.
The incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Inland Office. CHP says additional information will be updated as it becomes available. Additional details were limited at this time.
