SAN BERNARDINO, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Authorities have identified a 31-year-old San Diego man who died in a single-vehicle crash on westbound 210 freeway transition ramp to northbound Interstate 215 in San Bernardino late Monday night.
Cody Maurice Jordan had been traveling on westbound 210 freeway transition ramp to northbound I-215 when his vehicle reported to be a blue Toyota Camry left the roadway at high speeds, hit an guardrail on the transition ramp shortly before midnight on Monday December 11, 2023, according to the California Highway Patrol Traffic Log.
CHP and San Bernardino County firefighters found Jordon’s vehicle with major damage with smoke and flames coming from the vehicle. CHP and firefighters attempted a rescue, but ultimately pronounced Jordon deceased at the scene.
This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Inland Office.
