SAN BERNARDINO, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A rollover crash Sunday evening on Interstate 15 led to the death of one person.
California Highway Patrol and the San Bernardino County Fire says the crash happened at around 6:51pm along Interstate 15 between Glen Helen Parkway and Sierra Avenue.
The preliminary investigation indicates a white Ford Expedition SUV vehicle, was traveling northbound on I-15 freeway could have blew a tire. The vehicle departed the roadway into the center divider, rolling over at least one times. The vehicle landed on the southbound side before coming to a stop upright in the fast lane.
During the rollover, a child passenger was ejected from the vehicle, their condition in unknown.
Good Samaritans stopped at the crash scene and were able to pull another child out of the vehicle.
Recuse crews rendered aid to everybody involved in the crash. Sadly, one person succumbed to their injuries sustained in the collision.
Three people were injured in the crash and transported to a nearby hospital.
From the CHP traffic log stated two other vehicles sustained damage to their vehicles from the crash.
