MOUNTAIN PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A 73-year-old Anaheim resident was tragically killed in a multiple vehicle accident last Thursday on Interstate 15 near Stateline.
According to the California Highway Patrol incident report stated the collision happened on September 18, 2025, about 3:06pm. The location happened on Northbound I-15 about a mile after Nipton Road exit. It was reported to be a three-vehicle collision with one of them rolled over multiple times.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Coroner’s Office identified the passenger as Teresa Perez De Hernandez, a 73-year-old resident of Anaheim, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Barstow Office. CHP says additional information will be updated as it becomes available. Please check back for updates on this incident.
