HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> One person was airlifted to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center after their SUV crashed and rolled over on northbound Interstate 15 Tuesday evening.
The crash happened under the Ranchero Road overpass on northbound I-15 around 6:23pm. April 14, 2026, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The male driver of a tan Toyota 4Runner SUV was driving north on I-15 where it looks like he blew a rear tire, lost control hit the Krail, and rolled over at least one time.
San Bernardino County Fire said, they needed to airlifted him to the hospital near the scene of the crash.
Reach Air Medical #13 helicopter airlifted him to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton with unknown injuries.
CHP had the 3 right lanes blocked for the cleanup for about an hour. Traffic was backup for about 6 miles during the cleanup.
