Did you See That? a Driver Driving on the 15 Freeway with his Hood Up

CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Sometimes we think we’ve seen everything… and then we get a video like this.

A Pain In The Pass Facebook Group viewer Alejandro Perez, says they spotted this car on southbound Interstate 15 Tuesday afternoon, in the area of Cajon Pass.

As you can see in the video above, the vehicle’s front hood was up with the hood prop rod in, blocking over 75% of the front windshield.

The vehicle did have its four-way flashers activated for safety.
