BARSTOW, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> An early morning crash involving an semi tractor-trailer that snarled northbound traffic in Barstow for the morning commute.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at about 4:07am on Thursday August 27, 2026. A tractor-trailer overturned on the northbound 15 just before the Outlet Center Drive exit.
The crash, prompted first responders to initially shut down all lanes leading to other emergency crews responded to the scene. The two right lanes were blocked for hours.
CHP said, it was a solo vehicle crash. The driver of the semi tractor-trailer was traveling north on the 15 Freeway “when the driver lost directional control of the semi and overturned.”
No major injuries were reported.
