SAN BERNARDINO, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 215 is causing traffic delays during the Monday evening commute.
According to California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported at about 4:31pm on September 21, 2026. From the CHP traffic log said, a crash involving multiple vehicles was reported on northbound Interstate 215 just before the Palm Avenue Kendall Drive exit in the fast lane.
As of 5:30pm, all lanes have been cleared with traffic backup all the way to Baseline Street at one point.
According to CHP, no injuries were reported in this incident.
We will update this story with more information when the CHP’s preliminary accident report is available. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Inland Office.
