RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> One or two northbound lane are facing lane closures near Foothill Boulevard on Interstate 15, due to a crash and concrete debris.
According to the California Highway Patrol on 3:10pm September 23, 2026, all northbound lanes were briefly closed on I-15 about a half a mile before Foothill Blvd exit, but only the right two lanes remains closed for the cleanup.
According to CHP traffic log, a truck hauling concrete lost control on I-15 northbound. Additionally, the concrete spilled across lanes. Approximately 1 vehicle a blue Kia Forte were hit by the concrete, leading to damage to their vehicle.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
However, CHP says the affected vehicles were stuck on scene.
Additionally, the wet concrete will need to be cleaned up about 100 feet on cement. In the meantime, the area may experience residual delays.
