Both Northbound and Southbound 15 have traffic jam problems both due to accidents.
Northbound 15 is jam packed all the way from Summit Ave up to Cleghorn due to a accident earlier around 3pm that had 2 slow lanes blocked for a hour.
Southbound 15 at Joshua St. A accident with a vehicle on fire blocking all lane at one time. Update is just fast lane is blocked.
