This fire was reported about 11:20am Saturday, May 1st, 2021, on northbound Interstate 15 before Duncan Canyon Road exits.
San Bernardino County Fire Department, CAL Fire, and US Department of Forest Service were getting calls of a small brush fire next to the right shoulder of the 15 freeway
SBC Fire Department and US Forest Service firefighters quickly were on scene. They ask the California Highway Patrol to closed the two right lanes as they work to extinguish the flames.
Reporting no structures were threaten.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
