HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> An overturned big rig caused traffic delays on southbound Interstate 15.
The crash was reported at about 8am Tuesday October 18, 2022. Located on southbound I-15 just before Main Street exit. California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the crash.
For reasons still unknown, the big rig that was hauling milk product, went off the freeway into the drainage ditch, on the right shoulder of the freeway. At one point traffic was backup all the way to Palmdale Rd.
The big rig driver did decline medical aid at the scene.
We will update this story with more information when the CHP’s preliminary accident report is available. Additional details were limited at this time. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Victorville Office.
