HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A female driver was injured from a hit and run rollover crash off of Interstate 15 Sunday afternoon. (Photo above is credit by Gaby Montero)

California Highway Patrol and firefighters from San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to a rollover crash. The collision was reported at about 12:02pm, Sunday May 21, 2023. The crash was located on northbound Interstate 15 between Main Street and Bear Valley Road exits. The silver Chevrolet Suburban was reported to be hit by a unknown vehicle, lost control, rolled over multiple times, and landing on its roof on Mariposa Road (the side road the freeway).

The female driver was transported by an ambulance to a local hospital with minor injuries. CHP reported to have temporarily blocked Mariposa Road to retrieve the Chevy. About 100 feet of chain-link fence was damage and Caltrans needed to come out to quickly fix it.
