California Highway Patrol and a heavy-duty tow truck responded to the incident. The crash occurred just before 9am on southbound I-15 about a mile before the Kenwood Avenue exit on March 23, 2024, blocking multiple lanes for several hours.

The Pneumatic/Dry Bulk Tank trailer was reported to be full and reported negative spill of cement mix on the roadway, authorities said.

At this time, CHP said speed and weather was a factor in the crash.

No injuries were reported.
