SAN BERNARDINO, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Lanes have reopened along southbound Interstate 215 following a semi-truck fire. (Photo above is credit by CHP San Bernardino Office)
Two southbound I-215 lanes and the both eastbound and westbound transition ramps to I-10 near the 215/10 Interchange were shut down due to a semi-truck fire.
It happened around 1:53pm on May 7, 2024.
California Highway Patrol said the lanes were shut down for hours due to the semi fire.
No injuries have been reported as a result of the fire according to the CHP Dispatch.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time. San Bernardino County Fire Department is continuing to investigate.
