BAKER, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Maintenance crew will conduct traffic control for asphalt paving project on Interstate 15.
Roadwork will take place on Saturday morning, June 6th from 9am to 3pm*. This operation will require the closure of one lane of northbound Interstate 15 from Zzyzx Road to Baker Blvd in the town of Baker. The pavement overlay will be the #2 lane.
Expect Delays up to a hour to bypass the roadwork area (see map below)
*Lanes may open earlier or later if they have a issue. The work schedule will be subject to change due to weather or construction-related issues. Always reduce your speed through the work zone.
