CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> Motorcycle chase ends in a major crash on Interstate 15 Freeway in Cajon pass, that snarled traffic on northbound Friday night.
According to a preliminary California Highway Patrol report, the suspect was fleeing officers while traveling northbound I-15 freeway on a motorcycle when he attempted to pass at a high speed and crashed about 2 miles before the Cleghorn Road exit.
Authorities said the rider was in custody and was injured in the crash, then was transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
Details on what led up to the incident remain unclear at this time.
