CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) alerts the public that Specialized Bridge crew will be conducting bridge repairs on southbound Interstate 15 in the Cajon Pass.
Nighttime bridge operation will take place on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 from 10pm to 5am*.
Crews will require a closure of the southbound #3 and #4 lanes south of Cleghorn Road in order to repair bridge stalls and railings.
Please reduce your speed when near work areas for the safety of crews and other drivers on the route.
Expect a traffic small backup in the area of the project.
*Times can subject to change and could go longer or start earlier. Also subject to change due to inclement weather or construction issues.
