SAN BERNARDINO, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A 53-year-old pedestrian was killed in a crash on Interstate 215 in San Bernardino on Monday night.
She was identified as Karen Miller, 53, of Riverside, according to San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department
According to the California Highway Patrol, the first call of a pedestrian walking in and around the northbound 215 traffic lanes around 7:14pm on February 2, 2026, just before the Mill Street exit.
CHP said, they were conducting a traffic break on the northbound lanes, that’s when Miller ran across lanes and jumped the center divider.
That’s when the driver of a gray Toyota Tacoma pickup truck was traveling in the southbound lane hit Miller.
Karen Miller was pronounced deceased on scene.
This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Inland Office.
