California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino Fire Department were getting calls of a accident located in the center divider with debris in lanes.
Reports from the CHP traffic log said the vehicles involved were a sliver Nissan Titan, white Hyundai Sonata, black Kia Sorento, and a white Toyota RAV4.
The accident was located about a ½ mile before Glen Helen Parkway at 3:55pm Thursday, April 9, 2020.
The cause of the accident is unknown at this time. It was raining hard prior to the accident.
The driver of the white Toyota RAV4 was found unconscious inside the vehicle with unknown injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
All other drivers/passengers were okay with no injuries.
This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol San Bernardino Inland Office.
