HESPERIA, CA. (Pain in the Pass) >> A motorcyclist was transported to a hospital with severe injuries Saturday afternoon.
The accident was reported at 2:12pm, Saturday April 18, 2020 on northbound Interstate 15 just before Highway 395 in the city of Hesperia.
California Highway Patrol and firefighters from San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the traffic accident. The motorcycle and the rider landed in the center divider and in the fast lane from reports from the CHP traffic log.
The rider had severe injuries and was flown to Antelope Valley Trauma Hospital by Mercy Air Helicopter.
The cause of this accident is unknown at this time.
The motorcycle was described as a Harley-Davidson type bike, unknown color.
This accident is currently under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Victorville Station. Anyone witness or with information regarding this accident is asked to call CHP at 760-241-1186.
