CAJON PASS, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> A overturned pickup truck caused a minor traffic delay on both sides of Interstate 15 in the Cajon Pass.

The rollover accident was reported at 2:35pm on Sunday May 17, 2020. The pickup truck was heading southbound on Interstate 15 about one mile before Highway 138.

California Highway Patrol and San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to the incident of a single vehicle rollover accident.

The vehicle involved in the crash looks to be a black Ford F150. The driver was transported by AMR with unknown injuries to a local hospital.

Reports from the CHP traffic log stated the truck blew a tire, lost control hit the guardrail causing the truck to rolled over onto the northbound side blocking the fast lane and the #2 lane.

The pickup truck damaged about 20 feet of the center divider guardrail. This may need emergency guardrail work.

This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol Inland Office.
