SAN BERNARDINO, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is alerting the public that construction contractors will perform night work on Interstate 15, Highway 138, and Highway 173.
Daytime work will occur Monday July 17 through Tuesday July 18, from 7am to 3:30pm Construction work will begin Wednesday July 19. Nighttime hours will vary from location to location. Work performed will include bridge rehabilitation. On Interstate 15 from Cherry Avenue to Cleghorn Canyon Road on Hwy 138 and Interstate 15 separation to West Fork Mojave River on Highway 173 at Cedar Springs Spillway. Work performed will include deck rehabilitation, polyester concrete overlay, methacrylate, replace bridge rail, replace joint seals, approach slabs, repair soffit.
Please note, various lanes and ramp closures will occur in the project zone. All work is dependent on contractor receiving proper materials for each job function. It can be changed or canceled at any time.
