HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will continue work on a $122 million project to rehabilitate and repave traffic lanes, on/offramps, and upgrade the drainage systems in Hesperia to Victorville. Also, they will work in the center divider/right shoulders on Interstate 15 in San Bernardino County. This project will not add an extra lane to the freeway or for a high-speed train at this time.
As of the end of October the project is 91% completion and still on track.
Tonight, Roadwork listed below and Expect Delays.
Northbound I-15 from Oak Hill Road exit to Bear Valley Rd. will only have ONE lane open. Heads up on and offramps will be CLOSED at Main Street and NB 15 to North Highway 395 connector will be CLOSED. Roadwork starts around 9pm and ramps closed at 7pm. Ramps reopen at 5am. Lane closures end at 7am.
Southbound I-15 from Bear Valley Rd. exit will only have ONE lane open. Heads up on and offramps will be CLOSED at Main Street and Highway 395 connector to SB I-15 will be CLOSED. Roadwork starts around 7pm and ramps closed at 7pm. Ramps reopen at 5am. Lane closures end at 5am.
**Times can subject to change and could go longer or start earlier. On and off ramps may be subject to closure. Please use caution and remember to reduce your speed when approaching and driving through the construction zones. Schedules are subject to change due to inclement weather or construction issues.
The project is expected to be complete in Spring 2025.
