Roadwork Continue on I-15 in Hesperia and Victorville this Week Starts Monday Night-Saturday Morning

HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will continue work on a $122 million project to rehabilitate and repave traffic lanes and ramps and upgrade the drainage systems in Hesperia to Victorville in the center divider/right shoulders on Interstate 15 in San Bernardino County. This project will not add a extra lane to the freeway or for a high speed train to Las Vegas.

Crews are currently performing operations in the center median, shoulder areas and at various on and offramps. Crews will continue K-Rail movement in the center divider to and configuration lane changes back to the old way on I-15. Also crews will be restriping traffic lanes, putting in rumble strip in the right shoulder and update signages.

The K-Rail will stay in place for the upcoming train to Las Vegas that will be starting soon.
